They are plateformer puzzle type games that you must solve by figuring out the puzzle before you can make it to the next level. Platforming Puzzle would probably be the best option for a Breast Expansion fetish game. Making sure your breasts are a certain weight to activate switches that open narrow doors into rooms filled with a pink gas that makes you lactate profusely, hindering your ability to avoid sliding towards the tentacle monster pit seems to be a fun idea.

My only personal platformer puzzle experience though, comes from playing N and Mario vs. Donkey Kong on the GBA. The latter had a bad habit of making me want to tear my hair out.
