Not exactly attribute transfer as was pointed out in the Process BE thread version of this comic as the amount being shifted is not maintained but rather the characters are shifting from one set body type (per the strip standards) to another.

We do learn here that the sound of boob shift is "BLOOMF!"

Not to be pedantic.

But you can't really get more attribute transfer than that comic just was. Whether it's process or not could be argued, but there's no way that wasn't attribute transfer. One girl's busty breasts swapped over to another girl's.
