Monster Princess/Kaibutsu Oujo
As usual, not good when it comes to explaining so I'll let the pictures do the talking for me. Some of you might recognize the anime Monster Princess/Kaibutsu Oujo.
Anyway, from the looks of it that wand steals "traits" for the lack of better word right now. In this case it grabs the breasts off the maid :P The werewolf hands/ears are off the other girl who is a half werewolf. |

That's magnificent, can't understand what they are saying and it doesn't seem like the main girl has enough expression and emotion when her breasts expand and she transforms, but its all good
