A cow TF would be awesome. The above seems pretty good, but maybe a slight tweak to be easier to draw...

7. Cow Spots
8. Cow Nose
9. Cow Snout
10. Udder/Multiple Nipples (Depending on maturity rating)
11. Cow bell (Domesticated & Moos) [Mental 1]
12. Grass (Chewing cud & Docile) [Mental 2]

I wouldn't mind writing some text for it, even.
