To answer your question what is wrong with it. To make it short, everything. Your proportions are totally off, just look at those legs! Learn the basics of anatomy and practice a few years, then you may come back here. A sure sign that somebody cant draw is that he uses this crappy sonic style. People think this style is totally simple so every hack uses it instead of really learning how to draw.

Its not only the legs, I took them as an example. The hands are also fucked up but somebody mentioned that allready. The head looks funky too. And since legs, hands and head are (as you said) all that you see of her anatomy and all of this is fucked up, her whole anatomy is fucked up.
