I think it does. Show us where it doesn't add up.

if you double someone height (for simplification, 201's height more than doubled) and all else stays in proportion then thier mass increases 8 fold (hxwxd)
explain where all the extra mass came from? Last edited by KeiichiRX7; 10-12-2007 at 02:43 PM. |

Nice story. And always remember friends: Science Fiction NEVER follows the laws of physics.

The idea was that 201's mass combined with Earl's and created something bigger. I was really only concerned about height when crunching the numbers. Do we really have to split hairs with a work of fetish fiction? This isn't something I want to actually do research on, just something I want to have fun with. Is that too much to ask?

No, it's common to ignore the obvious in fetish stories. However when someone tries to say it works out perfectly I feel the need to point out that it's not technically correct. Beside's someone asked for an explanation of why the math was wrong.
Example: most GTS of the proportions seen in this forum would collapse under thier own mass. Thier body mass has increased by a factor of hwd and the cross section of thier muscles and bones has only increased by hw. Inversely SW's would find an apparent increase in strength and durability, relative to their size. |

Well I don't recall saying my story worked out perfectly. If anything, I'm my own worst critic. In any case, maybe part 2 will go a long way toward clearing up some things. I'm in work on that right now.

Some science fiction does. Just ask Arthur C. Clarke or Joe Straczynski.

Actually by deffinition all fiction should, else it's fantasy. Sci-fi is usually an exception to this based on supposed "new discoveries". However Sci-fi still follows the same basic rules of reality.

Interesting concept and an amusing first chapter. It will be great to know more about 201 specially as she appeared to be smarter after absorbing at the guy.
You are doing great my friend and please, don't keep us waiting too long for the next chapter ![]() Max |
