I can think up scenarios easy; what I want from you guys is neat ideas for TFs.

I don't know if Mary would bother transforming that neighbor. That just might be a good scene to eat her. I know I wouldn't bother transforming a grouchy neighbor.

My only Idea I can think of is a female student from Mary's school, who has a crush on Mary, starts to realize that Mary's missing class and starts to become worried for her and visits her house to see if she's alright. After a bunch of bumbling around and finding out she's a crazy tentacle monster, Mary transforms her.

The girl herself probably wouldn't mind being transformed. I see her as being a shy nerdy sort of girl that has always be more interested in fantasy than anything in reality. So because of this she'd probably end up being interested in Mary's new form than not.

Can't really think of much for TF though. I'm a big fan of BE and lactation which you've already done. Maybe she can get multiple big boobs or be more accepting of the tentacles. Maybe something from one of her fantasies would influence her TF, a mystic creature or something.

What kind of TF's do you have in mind. Humanoid or maybe more drastic like loosing arms and legs for other organs, or even changing bodily shape all together.
