if I recall the only weight gain was a day dream where her and sveral classmates get attacked by fat blobs and gain weight, the shots are short and she looks taller and bulky, not worth trying to dig up

the episode was more about her being anorexic and being afraid of gaining weight and thus she starves herself till she passes out at a track meet
