Yeah, that's because Tab will let you select anything... selectable. It's a great way to track down easter eggs So the first item to pull focus makes a noise, throws up an image, and resets focus.

What spike said. I simply read the comments on the dA page. Those are usually good Easter Egg fishing grounds for these things.

There was also an option to rub her giant stomach, but I think it could only be unlocked at the full size.
