Comic Brainstorming

Alright. I think that I have decided to start on a comic book. But the only problem is that I do not have a plot to work with. That is where I need help from you guys. Does anyone have any cool and original ideas for my comic book.

<< I think I will go with Subi-chan as my main character. Should the story be modern day? Sci-fi? Fantasy? Sci-fi/fantasy?

What should be Subi's power? Some kind of natural power? Or mechanical of some type?

Of course I will need an enemy of some sort...

I really am fresh out of ideas at the time. So if anyone has any suggestions, feel free to share it. ^_^

I like sci fi. It's not a common topic, as far a comics go. Also, it provides a lot of interesting opportunities for BE.

That, and there's all those opportunities for cool names: "Psychotropic Boobification Actuator", and such.

sci fi huh.... hhmmmmm nyaa

well how about...

Subi-chan was one of the few babies that was part of a psychokinesis program and also one of the few that lived through it and gained some of the kinesis abilities

her kinesis is biokinesis and is able to transfer flesh and organs from people to people and here and there is able to use her kinesis abilities to make healthy cells multiply and manipulate dna with her mind ( there goes your process elements ^_^)

maybe yo can start her off as being a nurse and just now she learns of her abilities and then as the manga progresses she learns more of the project she was part of as a baby and then as her powers start to manifest more and she tries to control it you can have like these government figures trying to capture her and stuff

ill try to think of more to add

I would go the sci-fi theme and kojiro's description is quite good

It would bring lots of interesting changes to all involved in the story

Hm i am an old RPG Fan. Lets see what we can do.

You can choose a Magical Story Line. You are a Hero or a Demon and make your Quests. (WOW like)

Or you can combine the RPG's and make a Storyline like Shadowrun. A Story in near Future. With high Techniques and a new Magic

Or you can go in the Goth Scene and write a comic about Vampires.

I have enough ideas to hellp^^

I'll think about your idea Kojiro. So far it seems quite interesting and useful. Biokinesis. ^_^

I am going to think up some more ideas for the plot. (If I can) But so far yours is the only and best idea so far.

I have time to think. I am not running into this comic just yet. I need more practice with comic book format. So you all will probably see some more shorties like my sketch BE story. ^_^

well you could go wih the idea of spontaneous combustion and have the main character obtain the power of spontaneous b.e. A power where whenever the main looks at some one theat person experiences spontaneous b.e. it sounds stupid yes but, it is kinda cool. and then maybe the main could have an arch nemesis that deals with growth or shrinking. and maybe some jumpsuits or something.

I really like Kojiro's idea the possibilties of change can be a mix of BE, AP, TF(my fav) amoung other processes. The possibilities are many!

I really have not thought that far into it yet. What I am thinking is something like Skiff's comic book. For an idea. I cannot afford any website or anything.
