The Cat Returns TF
In the Film The cat returns by studio Ghibli the main character starts turning into a cat once traveling to the kingdom of the cats. (she also shrinks) It takes plac ein the last 1/4 of the movie. She turns back before the end:
start of Cat Tf(the last minute or so) and shrink(half way through) Contonues she grows whiskers. Final part Transforms back.

Your welcome what made me do this is that I bought the Studio Ghibli Movie Museum which has 12 of their movies and The cat returns was one of them.

But I know the person who runs my import shop and I get employee discount. so it only cost just under a hundred bucks. Im also in between jobs so I dont think it was very wise of me to spend that much money...

Studio Ghibli did a few process related stuff AP/AR in Howl's Moving Castle and TF in this one The Cat Returns, in Porreo Rosso (all off screen), and in Pom Poko all which except Pom poko are family acceptible. but pom poko is still not adult just mature aduiances.
