If not, there's www.expansionmansion.com which has manipulated photos of BE, as well as belly, butt, hourglass, etc. There's also the Expansion Mansion version of Inflate123's Video Vault (http://expansionmansion.com/video/index.php) which does have some BE content, mixed in with the belly material.

Someone also pointed out Expansion Comics (www.expansioncomics.com).

There's LVKane's Body Inflation (www.bodyinflation.org) as a source of art and stories. And his old AOL page (http://members.aol.com/lvkane/private/stories/) is mostly defunct but still has a lot of old stories you won't find anywhere else.

I'll try to remember this thread if I happen across any other moldy old crusty memories...
