Well, technically, I have Zebragirl and Pawn in mine, Pawn which is going on a year+ without an update but 'not being dead'.

That said, the update schedule really just exaceberates the other issues. You can effectively be on an uninteresting (to you) storyline reading it not for weeks but for the entire year.
