I'm fairly certain that's not full TF, but rather is used to show the reflection of the criminal's inner selves, or rather, the monsters they became for the crimes they committed.
I can't exactly figure out how to say it...

Me too, though the transformation of it is nearly at the end of the clip, like at 9:00 minutes in or something. The ending of that episode was kind of funny too. Like they made the doctor seem like he loves her fox face. ^^;

I was actually riveted by the storyline of the second one. It was like CSI: Tokyo or something. LOL! Very entertaining. I gotta watch the rest of that series in the future.
