You could always do the old - Subi's enemy is her mirror image type thing. Not in any type of literal evil twin way but just in appearance and demeanour.

She'd be tall, black haired, precise, kind of bitchy.

Oh, there's a good reason for her to be an enemy of Subi - she was going to get taught by the martial arts master but then he found Subi and taught her instead. A good reason to resent her.
