You need a few items to do it. First, go to the desk and move the chair. Click under the desk for a battery, then open the center drawer and take the mirror. Set the mirror on top of the desk, then check under the wastebasket for another battery. Go right to the shelves and take the pink squiggle off the top shelf. Use it on the pig, and a grey key will come out of its snout and land on the floor. Use the key on the locked desk drawer. Inside, you'll find the shrink ray. Use the batteries on it, then click the top of the desk and fire it at the mirror.
