Well, you do have to remember that rule. There is not way you can pinpoint the parts of where you will gain weight at.

One idea a friend of mine thought was that you could give the person some material to inject into her breasts. Then, you could get nanoscopic robots inside to maybe try to add on what she has. I'm not sure of the full ideas of how it'd work in some ways or what materials you would use (I'm not a scientist in any way) but I did want to throw out something to by analysed to an extent.
