It's entirely possible that this new BE is "original content," so to speak - meaning not based off the game.

I say that because in the new screenshot, her chest looks significantly larger than it did in the previous episode.

Again sorry for bringing this board back but I would like to announce that there is a possible BE scene in Episode 2. The preview pics has been released for some days now and judging by the two pics there will be some form of BE. For evidence take note in the difference between these two pics. Alas the preview movie has not been released yet.
