It doesn't look like a happy story, reminds me to Amazing Nurse Nanako.

Story

ある日突如倒れ、不治の病と診断された少女・沙弥。
余命幾許も無いと告げられ、明るかった少女は口数も少なくなり、
生きることを諦めてしまったかのように、くすんでしまった瞳を佇ませる。

それでも片思いの幼馴染みへの想いは消えず、
いつか元気な姿をまた見せたいと、今度こそ勇気を出して告白したいと生に執着していた。

そんな時に担当医の榊康治が、
その不治の病を治せるかもしれない方法があると沙弥に話を持ちかけてくる。
ただそれには、ある条件を満たすことが必要で……。

その条件とは非常に過酷なものであった。それは
『隔離された病棟で、まだ開発段階の新手術を受ける』こと。

だが、沙弥に考える余地はない。
少女はすがる思いでその医者に体を預ける事にする。

No, and I must say that is a sad story. Sorry for spoiling but according to the translation I did, the girl has some sort of incureable disease and she has no chance of living. The doctor is actually trying several methods to cure her.
