I actually found the Breast path yesterday. Thanks for the heads up though. My favorite ending was when she overdosed and was forced to milk. No matter what the outcome was she ends up either having sex with the doctor or reduced to a whore.

Sorry I don't know how to CG rip. You could either do it the hard way by playing the game or be patient and wait for someone else to upload the pics. To give you a hint Saya's tits are spilling out in every direction and she's laying on them. If I were to describe it, then the scenario would be somewhat of a Ail-Soft big breasted ending where tubes are applied to the girl and she's laying on her tits like some kind of pillow.

You can support Shiina Kazuki who is in need of money by purchasing the game so that he's more likely to continue doing things like this (It's not hard to navigate, just choose breasts at the 14th question like Wasurenai and I said, and you'll be well on your way to ludicrous bust sizes).
EDIT: Actually, you can use a complete savefile, mine's at the bottom of the post. Unzip it and put it in the main game folder (Be sure to back up the file that is still in there just in case).

If you don't want to pay a measly 17-18 USD, you can apologise to Herr Onymous-Bosch.

If you don't want to be a good person, then you can wait until some CG ripper at a *chan board feels like uploading a CG set (It's possible, but only a few people do such things and they're not always around).

How are you guys translating this or is it just that you know Japanese? There's no way for me to choose the "breast" path if I don't know which one that is.

Save when you need to make choices reload once you know a certain choice wasn't what you wanted. Rinse and repeat. The old error and trial trick. At least that's what I did and no doubt what the others did as well.

Tryed test and proven method of "guess and check" has got me 88% cgs and 89% Sences and thank for the save game file. I think those first 14 questions change alot of the choices but the only way ull know is if you can understand japanese I find on the last question the Second choice is Breast for me at least first is Anal and third is futa fourth seems to be random.
