I guess, for me, it depends on how well they're done.
I mean, the Tinkerbell comic in the Notable Contributions section from Frakass is awesome. However, if I can barely tell that those're breasts? Ain't gonna like it. |

For me it's not really about the boobs, it's about the effect the boobs have on the woman and the people around her. An example: the flat-chested nobody becomes the biggest-breasted girl in town, and suddenly she is the object of attention and desire with something everyone wants. She gains power.
So that said, if her tits get so big that her mobility decreases, she's overshot the acme of her new power.

Depends on how big you are. If your hands are larger than a planet, then the boobs must be large enough to fit in them. Personallly, I prefer Universe Sized or higher. XD
