well, if you want to go for mixing tech with magic, how about a website that allows any girl to steal or give any amount of any of her atributes to another.
This would allow you the ability to create as many parts as you want and can have lots of things happen, like overendowed girl a gives girl b some breasts that could grow at strange, or interesting times.
