Angels are generally associated with the Christian religion. And for the mostpart, they are against breasts in general. So I do not imagine pure things in their eyes involve large breasts. This is why I mentioned speaking "religiously".

...I should correct myself.

I feel that women with flat chests (ie, nonexistant breasts save for the nipples) are less attractive. I also do not like absurdly huge breasts, I just disagree with the idea that an angel can't have reasonably-sized breasts, and that such things are the exclusive right of more demonic critters.

You see, angels are commonly known to lack the need of an fertile body, much less, sexuality besides their preference at all due to their usual occupations.
Which is why you also get lesser gods of the nature variety having giant breasts due to their job is mostly reproduction and birth of new life.
On the other hand, demons and other creatures of the night are known to lure humans for sex, sustenance, and sometimes forced commitment/loyalty which would imply that they have to be attractive or/and powerful.
