Yes, two former-boys turned Yuri. (FYI, the main character was Takuya, and the other guy was named Koji.)

Well, there is a Male Takuya / Female Koji ending, and a Female Takuya / Male Koji ending, but XC3 does not have a Female Takuya / Female Koji ending.
