Mika ni Harassment has a story where a girl makes a wish and changes the world to accept nearly naked women as a constant.

In the end, she reverses it for a moment. She changed it back out of embarrassment of still being 'dressed' for the previous world and ended up breaking the instrument involved in the change. Happy ending for all.

Sidenote: The same book also features girls as pets and a sort of mental regression for our poor protagonist.
