I've seen that pic floating around 4chan a few times. At first I thought it was TG because I thought it was a guy's head, but Google told me she was a girl to begin with.

Also looks like a sort of BE if compared to this pic, but it could just be effect of chibification (as seen when you compare his cow OC to her chibi form).
