If you guys even bothered to look Shonuff44 commented on the picture and said it was good.

I made a mistake by not doing enough researching and posted a little harsh comment but thankfully he accepted my apology.

I wouldn't call it a ripoff. The poses and expressions are the same, and it probably was based off of it(no way three in a row would be an accident) but it's not like he traced it or copied every detail of the original character. Calling him a thief or a plagiarist is just too harsh. He probably just saw it, and wanted to try and draw those poses himself. No malicious intent, he's not going 'nya ha ha, my evil plan is foolproof, they'll be tricked into thinking I came up with the positions myself *twirls mustache*' Just someone practicing their drawing skills.
