Pixiv Problems

Okay, I was wrong about the devart account coming from this site. However, yesterday, I made my own account. It worked fine at first, but when I tried to go back less than an hour later, it still wouldn't work. The password and ID are right, but that same orange text shows up. My computer won't translate it, so I don't know what it says, and I cannot log-on to my own account. All I want is to know if anyone else is having this problem.
