DA Censorship Strikes Again

DA is a provide organisation, they can do whatever they want with the art you submit to their site. They provide a free service (obviously, you can pay a fee for more services), and they can set whatever rules they like.

You can whine about it, you can complain about it, but DA has no legal obligations to comply.

Also, another thing you should be careful of doing, don't consider all DA moderators as the same person, some are more strict than others. And some may just have a bad day. As a moderator elsewhere of a large community, I should know this. Moderators are different, and they behave different and they will enforce the rules different.

They are not your top trained lawenforcement. They are almost regular people like you and I. DA cannot censor because it is not a government. Censorship applies to governments.
