Yeah, the plot so far in this was "After going to the dentist, this girl's breasts start to slowly grow. Spurts are activated via caffeine. After learning this, she goes home and invites a friend over to help any issues these things would cause. She catches the growth too, accelerated by her worrying. They get caught up in growing fun"

Were you expecting much else other then growing fun at this point? Really? I mean... eventually, the fun will have to end, which other aspects of plot might be brought up then... but it doesn't seem to be there quite yet.
