Well I can't tell you her name, but I can tell you that there's really nothing more to that scene than what you see. Right after the "sproing" sound of her breasts popping her shirt half open, the camera pans up from her knee to her head while the swirling smoke and lights are still going off, and she just says "what the..?". The scene then switches elsewhere and when we come back to her, she's back to normal. In episode two she changes again, this time completely off screen, but she does use her older self to talk some guards into letting her into a building. That clip has been posted before, but it's good enough as it is that I'm sure most people won't mind seeing it again.
