Re: Robot Chicken
Ironic the girls who want breasts like that, get implants.
And those who have them naturally, get a reduction. :P |

Re: Robot Chicken
You're confusing Seth MacFarlane and Seth Green. Green is the Seth who co-created and writes for "Robot Chicken." Seth MacFarlane has guest-starred as a voice actor in a number of "Robot Chicken" episodes, but that's all he's done for them -- I'm sure the animated shows that he did create keep him plenty busy, writing-wise.

Re: Robot Chicken
Impressive, but not surprising. For all it's flaws, Robot Chicken has a marvelous track record for getting celebrity voice talent, albeit in small roles. I mean, they've had Mark Hamill and Bruce Campbell as themselves, brought in Frank Welker for one of their Transformer skits (tried the same with Peter Cullen, but he politely turned them down)...this is actually up to par.

Re: Robot Chicken
Yeah, poor kid and contrary to what you posted, I'm sure Miss Moon-Frye would rather not work again than have the constant back pain and mocking she had to endure.
"She has only occasionally been cast in TV and movie roles in the years since, so maybe she should have gone for "moderate" instead of "drastic"."

Re: Robot Chicken
OK, I'll just come out and say what I really suspect: She became incredibly famous as a child actress and wanted to return to as close an approximation of childhood as she could. She was photographed thousands of times and celebrated widely as a precocious, adorable little girl, and a busty sexpot body just wasn't how she saw herself. Her desire was to remain a child, which is impossible, but no one was willing to tell her that.
And Frye's mother, who doubtless enjoyed many perks from her children's childhood acting careers, may have been eager to see her return to less extravagantly feminine proportions. This is hardly unique - Michael Jackson has pursued the exact same "Peter Pan" goal, and remaining childlike is an obvious tactic for child stars to extend their earning years. Two of the most enduring child stars were Davy Jones and Mickey Rooney, neither of whom ever attained adult stature. And not to go all X-Files on you, but there are some people who think that Jackson's father imposed very drastic surgical measures to keep his meal ticket functional. |
