TF Story Advice/Suggestions

I'm working on a series of Scooby Doo Fan Fiction stories with the plot being that Vincent Van Ghoul casts a spell or could cast a spell to give Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby(in a few cases) the power to transform into various animals and creatures/half human half animal creatures (Werewolves, Mermaids and Mermen for example), my stories would have the gang using their new powers to continue solving mysteries and crimes like they do now and to use their new powers to fight crime kind of like the Super Friends or the Justice League. By the way for those who are not familiar with Scooby's history, Vincent Van Ghoul was a character in the 1985 series the 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo and was a Warlock/Mystic who helped Scooby, Shaggy, Scrappy, Daphne and Flim Flam(a character created just for that series) catch the 13 most evil and powerful ghosts and ghouls on Earth.

The problem is I have plenty of ideas for stories but I can't think of any plots for the stories, i'll post a few of the ideas I have for stories and hopefully someone can help me out with ideas.

Here's a few ideas I have of stories that I have:
Scooby and friends teaming up with Superman and maybe Supergirl,
Scooby and friends teaming up with Spider-Man,
Scooby and friends facing Catwoman,
Scooby and friends facing Morgan Le Fay,
Scooby and friends face an evil Sorceress
and many many more.

Hopefully someone can help me out with these, and I may post some more of my ideas depending on the feedback I get, thank you in advance.

I remember an Ultimate Spiderman or What If... story awhile back where carnage merged a symbiote with the corpse of Gwen Stacy, bringing her back to life. Maybe by doing this they would have created a rift in the spirit world, causing who knows what to start spilling into the living world. Spiderman and the gang would have to track down the reanimated Gwen and put her back to rest to close the rift.

As for catwoman, did you catch that link to scansdaily a week or so ago where batgirl got in a fight with a woman who had gained power from a snake idol? Catwoman could run across an item of like power by accident and get cursed by it.

People probably still know who Vincent Price is, the reason I put the info up about Vincent Van Ghoul is because a lot of people probably aren't Scooby fans, so for those people who aren't familiar with Scooby's history I gave basically a cliff notes version of the show's plot.
