Ghostbusters toon TF ep. Anyone remember it?

This one's kinda obscure and my memory is extremely sketchy but I'll toss it out anyway.

I recall back when I was but a lad, there was a ghostbusters episode where Ray and Slimer accidentally release their fav cartoon character into the world and he winds up turning all of New York into a toon town. I can't remember if Jenny had a TF moment but if she did, I'd love to see.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? Sorry, it was really long ago so I can't remember much. I tried searching myself but without even the episode's title, I haven't much to go on.

The episode was Stay Tooned. I haven't gotten that far in the box set of the series I picked up last year, so I can't say either way if Janine does get changed in the episode.

I went looking for it a while back but even then I couldn't find it. Doesn't help that it's not the only Ghostbusters episode with cartoon characters in it either.

Well, when you do get to it, be a dear and tell me how it turns out. Even if Janine herself doesn't get the TF treatment, it would be nice to see that ep again.

Pretty sure she doesn't. The only Ghostbuster who doesn't get turned into a toon of sorts is Peter. Egon gets turned into a bird, Ray turns into a pig, and Winston turns into a dog.

I know there's a site out there with the series available for viewing online, but I can't remember the URL.

I can say I remember watching it a few months ago, and there's really no female TF, or really any toon-ish things worth mentioning that I remember. There's a few gags that get tossed up, but that's about it beyond what's already been mentioned.

Janine does not get toonifed as far as I remember, I think random people get tooned including women. I recall the episode pretty well, As I recall a ghost(might of been a demon) too the form of a cartoon character and the victims of his pranks transformed into toons. In toon form the GBs couldn't effect him, but when they got him angry by not laughing at him he turned back into his normal, and there for trappable form.

Janine did have one process episode, unlike the other characters she changed appearance and voice actors, one episode attempted to explain this. In it, it was explained though flash back that Janine had what she thought was a Genie. She wanted to somehow get Egon's attention, so she began to alter her appearance and voice to be what she thought was more attractive. Of course the Genie was actually a demoness, it hated men and slowly turned it's victims into another of it's kind. The "wishes" had the added effect that ordinarily people don't actually notice the changes, until the wisher becomes a vengeful demoness. Course the GBs noticed when Janine had a really bad day and started giving off PKE readings that set of the equipment. The Process in the episode wasn't too extensive, mostly involving the shape of Janine's face changing and her getting taller.

Another transformation from an other series....I don't know if you remember of the other series of Ghostbuster, the one with the gorilla Grunt...
In an episode the evil werewolf ghost turn some dogs into werecreature and also one of the Ghostbuster beccome a werewolf...

Nice finds, but I don't think this was the genie episode mentioned earlier. In this one, the genie was a guy who was just trying to set a bunch of ghosts free. And while Janine did try to make Egon fall in love with her, she didn't look any different.

Tsk, I love the comparison the site makes between premium and free. Do they lay it on thick or what?
