This is a perverted parody of the story Pinocchio. But, instead of a boy, the character is a girl called Pinokii. Lying causes Pinokii's breasts to grow rather than her nose.

Story:
A long time ago, there was a old man named Geppetto who loved children a lot. He's also a skilled doll-maker, actually what he makes can more aptly be described as dutch wives. His skill is so great that his dolls can even create doll children. While sexually abusing his 'grand daughter' Pinokii, Geppetto suddenly dies and the Lolikon Lesbian Goddess appears to turn Pinokii into a girl with a hypersensitive ecchi body. The Goddess also warns Pinokii that lying will cause her breasts to grow. Pinokii is distressed by this and tells the Goddess that there is no need for such a condition because she won't lie ever—oops, strike one.

The story becomes more bizarre afterwards with things like the giant fish being some kind of dream tentacle monster that attacks Pinokii while she's unconscious and so on.

Warning:
Anyway, since this is a visual novel, I don't know if you'll have to change your regional settings to Japanese in order to play it or not. There's no trial version, so you can't test to see whether or not it can work on your system. So, I can't recommend purchasing this work if this is your first time playing a game in Japanese.

Let's not kid ourselves... I only need look down the page to see an entire section of the board dedicated to the posting of process-based material which other people have paid for and we have not.

Don't misunderstand... I am all for paying for content as a way to thank and encourage artists who cater to our interests and don't begrudge any artist that wishes for their content not to be distributed. But let's not get on our high horse about piracy and artistic theft when our community was started around and flourished through the distribution and sharing of a lot of copyrighted/pay content.
