Haven't done too much. I will be actually changing her sprite so that I can use a head from one of her other animations. No other ones fit the BE head sadly.

Good news!

I have downloaded an emulator that allows me to get rid of layers and take a screenshot.

That means I will soon have a gif of Lilith being BE'ed without Jedah's hand.

It'll be neat if you can, but I do believe that all the sprites will be placed on the same layer. That's how it has worked with lesser systems (SNES, etc), but I can't say I've ever used an emu for arcade that can toggle layers, so it'll be interesting to see one way or the other.

Here's to hoping, though.

Hmm most emulators that I've used can completely black out the background.. if you hit a few switches. and all of the characters are on the same image plane so.. removing a single character would actually require some extra work... if the motions that the uh.. vamp dude?.. lol.. does are the same for each character then its likely that they are separate sprites, but if his motion is unique to each character, then they are a single sprite with nothing behind the hand.. hm.... I'm not good at separating sprites within a level .. Mueh, Nyah.

I have the whole BE sequence now ripped without Jedah's arm in the way. The only problem is that there is still a background. In the emulator, I could get rid of it, but end up with a black one. That interferes with Lilith's sprites.

Personally, I don't mind background. So long as we get an uninterrupted version, that's the vital part.

Thumbs up Lilith BE gif one

Well here is my second version of the animated gif.

The background moves during the first frame sadly. Anywho, I will work on it every so often. So far it looks pretty swell.

Hmm.. actually that slight shift of the background takes away the. well blandness of it and gives it a bit more flow.. o.o seriously.. Oh aaand what emulator were you using by the way that allowed you to remove that guy's hand? O.o?? I gotta know.. cause that'd help me find hidden treasure in the other games I play lol XD.

Used the other frames to cobble together a background and then slipped it behind the sprite. Unfortunately, I can't duplicate the fade you did at the end with the software I use (Animation Shop 1.03, baby, owned free and clear). I can post/get the modified frames to you if you're really worried about it. Personally, I don't think it detracts from the animation at all. In fact, I think you did a pretty good job on it. I especially liked the more frantic wiggling at the end. Nice touch.
