I can't even FIND the password window. Or any videos at all. I don't know anything about this site, can someone help me out?

Funny, I've never had that happen before--wait 'til my next session. Hopefully it'll work then. If not, then it could either be your connection settings or just some kind of country/region-lock or something.

During my broadcast, when you try to view the video feed, there is a password pop-up in the player itself--this is where you type in the password. If I am not currently broadcasting, there will be no password pop-up. I have not recorded or uploaded any videos, I've only done live broadcasts thus far, so there are no videos in my library to view. I may do some quick drawing videos when I have time though. I hope this helps and stay posted for when I plan some new sessions.

I've never encountered that screen before, only in the player section. But to experiment, try inserting 123 into the Password bar and click 'Let me in'. Hope this helps.

If the problem still occurs, I'll change the password and you can try it with the new password. Thank you for bringing it up.
