but only Kat and Ericka seem even recent.

and 360 closing mid July, I got a notice even though I only ever commented and messaged via it and never blogged. And Yahoo recognized how horrible 360 was years ago, it's been closing for the last two years, its also why so mature content stuff is on there and not slapped down.

Unfortunately their replacement (Yahoo Profiles) is even worse, they readily admit its not identical and seems mainly to push twittering over blogging, not to mention they're saying no mature (well they're saying if you want mature, why not start a Yahoo group...) so thus me wondering what'll happen to blogs.

And yes, looks like those other blogs are pretty much stagnant.
