She starts out naked and the clothing forms around her slowly during the whole video. Pretty much a reverse cotton candy melting effect. I found it interesting, I hope some of you may as well.

Not just 'pretty much', that's exactly what it appears to be. Her whole dress was made of cotton candy and they melted it off her with water then played it backwards. You can see the water droplets moving upwards instead of down.

It's still cool though.
