I'm surprised that cyoc.net (sort of like fiction branches or BEAdventure) but better interface and options) hasn't been mentioned around here that much and not recently. I just found out about it and it seems really good. I started adding some stuff to this story Ty's Power.

It would be great to see more added to the various stories. I don't have the patience to write full stories and BEAdventure doesn't give you the freedom (other than SE choices) to create you own story directions.

Tried it once, story was pushed into a direction of man on man sex and diaper fetish. I am not really saying to not try it out, there are some good stuff I am sure. Just my experience.

Does it have toasters ? Cause god knows theres many nasty things I don't wanna see can be done with toasters .

but.. if it goes in a way you don't want it to.. can't you just write a chapter of it going in a way you prefer? O_o

I mean, if the option says "Have gay sex with donkey" why do you continue in that direction in the first place?

I was going to try to explain why that is never the case, but instead I think I'll simply link to the greatest BE Addventure chapter ever, Something for Everyone.

...Well, okay, I'll explain, too: options tend to be things like, "someone enters the room", or some other possible scenario that leaves what can possibly happen pretty wide-open. In our example here, it's very easy to make the ensuing chapter one in which the main character of the story is totally forgotten while their dad enters the room and has sex with a donkey that had conveniently not been mentioned until then.

In other words, people writing chapters to make the story go in the way they prefer it to go is why these places are full of gay donkey sex to begin with.

The nice part is the author of the new chapter chooses the option name themselves so you don't get surprised when you read the next chapter (hopefully). You don't have to follow that branch then. Much better than SE.

CYOC used to have decent photo stories, but it went weird somewhere along the line.
