Oh, Huzzah! While feature creep can make development long and torturous if handled poorly, I would like to see a lot of the ideas here realised. Heck, I'd do some work myself if I could program above a beginner level, do art above an amateur level, or confidently suggest to my artistic/programming friends that they help develop fetish computer games. Ah, well.

If the game is being made with sprites, a higher resolution would probably work best. One could see more subtle changes than some smaller scale sprites.

Alternatively if done in flash and it's not meant to look parapa the rapper-ish, try to make the characters look as little like they were colored with MS paint *looks at some stuff from early AdventureQuest*.

As long as the gameplay elements are balanced well, it should be fine.

Seems like everyone has had their chance to describe their perfect BE game. Thanks everyone. I'll be taking these and writing up something that I think sounds awesome and will please the majority of you- at least, as much as a game design can anyway, heheh.

Closest thing I found is Dream of Mirrors Online, which just has a breast slider when you create your characters

(Trust me, it's not that fantastic) Though you can also slide your height and stuff with that. Shame the only size-changing items in the game don't affect your breasts.

So, it's really not that close, but whatever ): At least I got to play around in Metric G cups.

somewhere in the Be archive there is an artist that made a few BE games one that when you line up so many of a certain kind of fruit it causes change that I'm fairly certain is the only BE puzzle I know of.
