So after watching "the haunted world of el superbeasto" a second time, I finally noticed that one character important to the story, Velvet Von Black stuck her thumb in her mouth and blew her breast up much like a cartoon character would with their fist. Now I can't put out video cause I don't know how; I can however give some screenshots.

It's a common cartoon gag used for other jokes and perverted.
