3 new werewolf related movies/shows

There is a movie called "13hrs" that is by the guy who made Dog Soldiers and is said to have werewolf theme, there is a trailer --->

There is also a new show coming out called "Howl" and a new TV version of "Teen Wolf". I don't have links for the 2 shows, just google them. Teen Wolf is on MTV, I do know that. Anyways, as much as Twilight looked horrible (i didn't see it), perhaps it made these themes a little more popular so we get newer TFs.

On the subject of 13 Hours... http://www.13hours.net/ does that page mean they're making a video game of it?????? I did a search and found nothing about a video game based on the movie, I think someone was playing a joke there.

Notes about this:
1.- The webpage is not the 13hrs movie, but this other one: http://www.eyelineentertainment.com/...ed/13-hrs.html And the trailer has been around there since May or so. And there are 3 ww, one male and two female, as far as I am concerned.
2.-I've read some news about Howl, and I remember that it was going to be a movie, perhaps for 2011 or so.
3.-Teen Wolf: Sorry men, the cast is completed, and there are two male werewolves, one corresponding to the good guy, and the other, a new character, an evil werewolf. I've heard some news about a female werewolf here, but they have decided not to develop the show that way... again the "censorship nipple fear".

Looks like MTV wants to ride the "twilight" train a 100% with the new teen wolf

So we can expect a bunch of clean-shaven boys running around shirtless as often as possible. And maybe they'll morph into a big bad CGI wolf now and then.
And that makes it less than possible that there will be a female werewolf in it.
probably more of the "eww, no one want's to see a furry female !" thought.
That whole "twilight" shit makes me wanna puke more and more often....

"13hrs" on the other hand might be a highlight, it has been speculated before that the bald girl in the Trailer is a werewolf back to human form.
( Why she has to be bald is a miracle to me. I don't know what this hair/fur paranoia is all about. A werewolf has to be furry, damn it, no matter if it's male or female! Otherwise it looks like a chihuahua! like the *dumbharrypotternakedratthing*.)
But we can hope for a bit british independence from that hollywood movie dictatorship.

I think the baldness might be a result of the revert. This movie may use hair falling out as part of it's transformation method. Perhaps the hair is replaced with fur, and in the revert the fur falls out. We only see a few seconds of the bald girls in the trailer, for all we know their hair grows back to full length within minutes of reverting, and they may only be hairless for a very brief time. Needless to say I'm anxious to see the initial TFs.

Honestly, all things considered, this looks better than people were expecting. For one thing it's a series, so that's at least 13 episodes of story they need to pad out. Plus, considering how sexually charged they're trying to sell it as, I would be incredibly surprised if there's not a female werewolf that shows up to try and woo the lead's affections. That preview also doesn't show enough of the cgi/traditional effects to definitively say if they're good or bad.

I'll call this now: either this show goes nowhere and gets cancelled on a cliffhanger at the last episode, or it mysteriously develops a fan base like Supernatural or Smallville and lasts six seasons, inbetween picking up every man-shaped mythological creature as supporting cast.

Much to my disappointment and I'm sure everyone here, the early idea that was bandied about for quite a while of a female lead as the title character in the new Teen Wolf was scrapped and replaced with a male lead. I've read your last comments, and I agree with all of you. All future disappointing projects, after some unfortunate decisions on late werewolf films/series about female werewolves. I mean, that off camera TF of Christa in Becoming Human, the clear fact that Nora is NOT going to become a werewolf in Being Human US (and absence of female werewolves until now), and other insults in the recent past (doggies instead of werewolf monsters and so). Do we serve this???
