Guro refers to ero guro, an art movement that started in japan in the 20's and 30's involving erotic imagery. Pages four and five are clearly grotesque. If you put them in /f/ on Gurochan, people would probably find it erotic (if it's not there already). It's not a matter of whether the artist bills him or herself as a guro artist, but the merit of the content itself makes it fall under guro standards is what I'm saying.
