thats a stupid reason, but not the first time I've seen sites like that, if thats the case can someone tell us poor non US what show it is so that way we have an idea what everyone is getting all excited for

It's definitely possible to use a free proxy address from a US server list. However, you just have to find an address that allows certain traffic. I haven't done it in a while...BUT

You can try to use Google's translator as a free proxy list. I've done it in the past and it worked pretty well. Check out this link for more instructions

It's not because he's not in the US. I'm not, and i could watch it just fine. They don't filter IP's. (I know this because Pandora still does.)

I'm in the UK, and it says: "Sorry, Videos are not currently available in your country."

So it does look like some non-US countries can't view it.

Same here. All it gives me is the main page for the Comedy Central website. There's a link to a 'sneak preview' for Ugly Americans further down, but all that shows is some zombie guy punching down a door.
