I really don't get this. Why do people even bother copying art like this? It just doesn't make sense.

crap is along the lines of screw and douche in terms of profanity. You don't say it in public, but it isn't exactly a swear word. Crap, screw, and douche all have original meanings which are the main profane. Fuck, damn, so on were all made to BE curse words which most came from the common folk of England and were words considered by nobles 'too low' to be used. Curse words in a major.

this guy has failed at art, in fact he has failed in the art of the internet he should hand in his number and parking space and go home

as for copying he didn't try that he just spashed on a new coat of paint and called it his, he didn't gain any kind of skill other then in art theft

I might use a pic I find of the net as use it as referance for drawing a certin pose or hair style but I never copy the exact image I draw it ot my self and with my weak skills it turns out to be something of my own and is far off from what I used as referance

and in the argument on art theft here is something my sister made about it

Well he traced a whole lot more then that. About the first 2 pages of his gallery are traced from the F series flash games.
