I found the scene the OP posted about. It was called Seito kaichou hikaru. Unfortunately it's no longer than what is already shown in the trailer. There is nothing else really worthwhile in the whole episode either. I was going to rip just the scene and post it but the fact that it's basically what we've already seen makes me not want to even bother.
