So does anyone know if there is a definitive source of info on Queen's Blade Rebellion? I've been trying to dig stuff up but seems there is very little info released on it that has made it into the non-Japanese language media. Wikipedia and TvTropes only touch up on seasons 1 & 2 of the anime.
From what I gather the anime/OVA and Rebellion plot sort of part ways in means to what happens next. Either that or the upcoming OVA leads into Rebellion... The hints I'm getting, and a few others, is that there seems to be quite a bit of potential EC business going on in Rebellion. The plot in general sounds a bit darker and many of the returning characters (minus Aldra...) have much more meaner themes...skulls, oni masks, and the like. Seems the Witch of the Swamp has already hunted down and "done something" (cursed or whatever) to many of the previous fighters in the first series. One of the translated excerpts from a teaser features Risty loosing to the Witch's forces and potentially fallen into her power (again or for the first first, depending on whether the game series and OVA take each other for canon) I'm all for a corrupt/evil Alleyne. (Very hopeful given she is one of the characters defeated by the Witch) Another quick question for any of the series' gurus out there. Is the Rebellion Aldora the final addition to the roster?

Wish I could help on the Queen's Blade Rebellion thing, but the only place I've gotten any information about it is here and danbooru, here's a consolation prize though. |
