i think the title reads imouto recipe but game official site says e-mote well this game had 2 good AR on it
it seems that you apply a medicine you can apply in only one of the girls or both (when pirate got AR'ed alone the nurse didn't saw)

the company that made this game died so i don't think there will be a translation only really popular games get translated

From the looks of the demo, the black haired girl is kind and sweet and the other seems to be her opposite, if that helps you figure it out. From the looks of the demo as well, they aren't shy of sex with the loli's, so if you happen to get it, that's probably the course they'll take with them, if you're insulted by that kind of thing(I know many are)

Oh, and at the mention of the black "hatted" one being called a pirate, that's what I thought when I saw the pictures too, XD. Didn't realize till i found out they're "good nurse, bad nurse" routine that the X is meant to be a parody of the First-Aid cross.

Sorry to kind of necro this thread...but...

I was able to find a copy of this game and played through it countless times...yet I cannot find the AR route for the life of me, and I'm having no luck obtaining a save file or a walk through either.

Suning, do you happen to remember where and when in the game you get the medicine? Or maybe who gives it to you or if your character makes it?

I know it's been awhile since your post but any clue would be much appreciated.

it should be on 08 for the nurse , 15 for both and 20 for pirate (nurse and both you will need to skip a little but is on the AR route)
