There are two things you can do about that... 1 re-enter your name its Case Sensitive in the name line, I had to enter all lowercase to get in. If I capitalized the first letter it didn't recognize the account... etc...
2. get the password retrieval page up.. -->※pixiv ID・パスワードを忘れた (on the blue login button in the upper right hand corner)
Enter your mail address click the bubbles for ID or Password (should be obvious cause ID has.. well ID in the line) Then enter your e-mail on the next line... and whichever one you requested should come to your inbox.
